Registration Fees

Accommodation Fees

> The stated prices are for 3 nights and a package price will be applied.
> The accommodation package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
> VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the stated accommodation fees.
> Hotel reservations must be requested in writing for cancellation. In cancellation requests made before October 18, 2024, the hotel fees paid will be refunded after 1 night's fee is deducted from the deposited hotel fees. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after October 18, 2024.
Transfer Fees

> According to the decision of the Black Sea Hematology Association Board of Directors, all sponsorship payments will be made before the Symposium. The last payment date is November 19, 2024.
